BiographY
A playful pop musical adventure that combines adventure, ecology, solidarity and hope.
A Native American legend tells of a hummingbird once attempting to extinguish a fire ravaging its island by carrying drops of water in its tiny beak. But no one knows if it succeeded... Captain Bonnie and her crew decide to go there to find out how the story ends! They will then discover an extraordinary island populated by singing animals who are trying to fight against the effects of climate change and pollution that threaten their little corner of paradise. This musical show for young audiences addresses the subject of ecology in a fun and poetic pop style. It is punctuated by an original pop soundtrack , performed live by 3 musicians and actors.
The Tea Time Company
Founded in 2016, the TEA TIME! company aims to create musical shows that offer a true intimacy with the spectator. Their first creation, Tea for Three, is a musical comedy following three young people on the verge of becoming adults. The critics are unanimous: “it’s almost like being on Broadway.” The show played for two seasons in residence at the Théâtre de Nesle (Paris). The company then created Noël au coin du feu, an entirely a cappella show that revisits traditional Christmas carols and tales. This show has toured in theaters, businesses, salons, and even schools in an educational version. Subsequently, TEA TIME! joined forces with the “Lachaise Musical” association to create a singing tour of the Père Lachaise cemetery (Paris): Lachaise Music Hall. An unusual way to visit this legendary place! Their latest creation is Le Mystère du Colibri: a pop and eco-friendly musical show for young audiences, entirely eco-designed where original music combines with the strong message of the urgency of taking care of our planet. Alongside its professional performance projects, the TEA TIME! Company maintains a focus on transmission and pedagogy: it regularly runs singing, dance and theater workshops, as well as multidisciplinary performance creation courses with audiences of all ages, as well as Climate Fresco workshops with discussion circles around the arts and ecology.

Focus on the Batuc' écolo cultural action
A workshop to make music rhyme with ecology . We explore the major concepts of waste management, how they can be applied to music, then we learn to make recycled instruments that will be used for our musical parade . The objective is to raise awareness about ecology and our impact on the world, while having fun. Children will be able to experiment with different sounds and decorate their instruments as they wish. We will also explore the basics of rhythm to create a parade based on the example of Brazilian percussion parades: the batucadas. This workshop is ideal for children between 5 and 7 years old.
